Sadly I advise that 37691 Russell Richard Hocking passed away peacefully
yesterday (18th Jan) in Ballarat after a long illness, Russ did both tours
with 1RAR in Vietnam, and with 3RAR Feb '71 to Oct '71. Russ was 86 years
old,
I have been advised that Russell's funeral will be held at the Buninyong
cemetery, Midland highway at 11:00am on Thursday 25th of January, and
afterwards light refreshments will be served at the Buninyong Bowling club.
Returned servicemen are invited to attend
