The Battalion will hold an ANZAC Day Dawn service on the 1 RAR parade ground near the memorial/flag pole.
There will be a coffee royale at each Coy from 0500-0530.
The Dawn service will start at 0540 with the mounting of the Catafalque Party.
At the completion of the Dawn Service, all association members are welcome at the PBVCC for some breakfast (banjo’s), which will cost a gold coin donation.
The PBVCC will remain open until 0830 IOT allow all current members the ability to march with the Association during the Townsville ANZAC Day parade, if they wish.
The Battalion welcomes all former members of the Unit to attend its Dawn Service.
